Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered ActsThe Minister must not make an approved school determination with effect from a day in the program year preceding the program year in which the application is made unless the Minister is satisfied that there are exceptional circumstances that justify the determination taking effect in that preceding program year.
