SUPERANNUATION (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 2005 No. 81, 2005 - SECT 3
Schedule(s)
- (1)
- Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or
repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any
other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms.
- (2)
- The Trust Deed (within the meaning of the Superannuation Act 1990 ) is
amended as set out in the applicable items in Schedule 8 to this Act, and
any other item in Schedule 8 to this Act has effect according to its
terms.
- (3)
- The amendment of the Trust Deed under subsection (2) does not prevent
the Trust Deed, as so amended, from being amended under section 5 of the
Superannuation Act 1990 .
