SUPERANNUATION AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 32, 1976 - SECT 91

91. The Commissioner for Superannuation shall, as soon as practicable after 1
July 1976, submit to the Treasurer the report that, but for the repeal of Part
XI of the Principal Act effected by this Act, would have been required to have
been submitted by the Superannuation Board to the Treasurer under section 134
of the Principal Act in respect of the year ending 30 June 1976, and the
Treasurer shall cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of the
Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the receipt of the
report by the Treasurer.
