SUPERANNUATION AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 32, 1976 - SECT 6

6. After section 19 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:-
Contributions not payable on or after 1 July 1976.
''19A. Contributions shall not be made under this Act on or after 1 July 1976
except-

   (a)  contributions the obligation for the payment of which came into
        existence before that date; or

   (b)  contributions payable by virtue of an election made under sub-section
        (3) of section 19 of this Act, whether made before or after that
        date.''.
