SUPERANNUATION AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 32, 1976 - SECT 4
Superannuation provision for certain persons by way of life assurance.
4. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(1) the following sub-section:-
''(1A) An arrangement shall not be made under sub-section (1) of this section
on or after 1 July 1976.''.
