SUPERANNUATION AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 32, 1976 - SECT 19

19. Section 37 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:-

''(2) This section does not apply to a contributor who retires on or after 1
July 1976.''.
