STUDENT ASSISTANCE ACT 1973 No. 155, 1973 - SECT 29
Proceedings to be in public except in special circumstances.
29. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), proceedings before the Tribunal shall be
in public.
(2) The Tribunal may, if it is satisfied that it is desirable to do so by
reason of the confidential nature of any evidence or matter, or for any other
reason, direct that proceedings or a part of any proceedings before the
Tribunal shall take place in private and may give directions as to the persons
who may be present during the whole or any part of the proceedings.
