SUPERANNUATION ACT 1990 No. 38, 1990 - SECT 48

48. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act,
prescribing all matters that:

   (a)  are required or permitted to be prescribed by this Act; or

   (b)  are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out
or giving effect to this Act.
