SUPERANNUATION ACT 1990 No. 38, 1990 - SECT 2

Commencement 
2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Parts 3, 4 and 5, sections 35 to 42 (inclusive) and section 44 commence on
1 July 1990.
