SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976 No. 31, 1976 - SECT 179

Determinations, &c., to be in writing.

179. Any determination, direction or allocation by the Treasurer or the
Commissioner for the purposes of this Division shall be in writing, and shall
not be varied except for the purpose of correcting an error, whether in
calculation or otherwise, or a mistake of fact, or for a purpose authorized by
the regulations.
