SUPERANNUATION ACT 1976 No. 31, 1976 - SECT 17
Commissioner for Superannuation.
PART II-COMMISSIONER FOR SUPERANNUATION
17. (1) There shall be a Commissioner for Superannuation.
(2) The Commissioner shall have the general administration of this Act, other
than Part III, and the general administration of the superseded Act.
