SYDNEY 2000 GAMES (INDICIA AND IMAGES) PROTECTION ACT 1996 No. 22, 1996 - SECT 9

For the purposes of this Act:
common Sydney 2000 Games images means any visual or aural representations
that, to a reasonable person, in the circumstances of the presentation, would
suggest a connection with the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games and the Sydney 2000
Paralympic Games.
Sydney 2000 Olympic Games images means any visual or aural representations
that, to a reasonable person, in the circumstances of the presentation, would
suggest a connection with the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games images means any visual or aural representations
that, to a reasonable person, in the circumstances of the presentation, would
suggest a connection with the Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games.
