SYDNEY 2000 GAMES (INDICIA AND IMAGES) PROTECTION ACT 1996 No. 22, 1996 - SECT 5

5 Application of Act 
This Act extends to:

   (a)  Christmas Island; and

   (b)  Cocos (Keeling) Islands; and

   (c)  Norfolk Island; and

   (d)  the waters above the continental shelf of Australia; and

   (e)  the airspace above Australia and the continental shelf of Australia.
