REMUNERATION TRIBUNAL ACT 1973 No. 215, 1973 - SECT 9
Resignation and removal from office.
9. (1) A member may resign his office by writing signed by him and delivered
to the Governor-General.
(2) The Governor-General may remove a member from office for misbehaviour or
physical or mental incapacity.
(3) A member ceases to hold office if he becomes a person mentioned in
sub-section 4 (4).
