RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS ACT 1997 No. 61, 1997 - SECT 69

(1) The object of this Part is to prohibit false, improper and misleading
conduct in relation to RSAs.

(2) To that end, this Part contains provisions about:

   (a)  criminal liability arising from certain conduct relating to RSAs
        (sections 70 and 71); and

   (b)  civil liability arising from certain conduct relating to RSAs
        (sections 70, 72, 73, 74 and 78).
