RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS ACT 1997 No. 61, 1997 - SECT 199

(1) The Commissioner must, within 3 months after each year ending on 30 June,
prepare and give to the Minister a report on the working, during the year, of
this Act.

(2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), a report under that
subsection must set out information about the exercise during the year of the
Commissioner's powers under Part 15.

(3) The Minister must cause a copy of a report given under subsection (1) to
be laid before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that
House after the day on which the Minister receives the report.
