RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS ACT 1997 No. 61, 1997 - SECT 17

If:

   (a)  a provision of this Act refers to an approval given, determination
        made or other act or thing done by the Commissioner; and

   (b)  there is no other provision of this Act expressly authorising the
        Commissioner to give the approval, make the determination or do the
        act or thing; the Commissioner is authorised to give the approval,
        make the determination or do the act or thing.
