RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS ACT 1997 No. 61, 1997 - SECT 14

14 What capital guaranteed means

(1) An RSA that is an account is capital guaranteed if the balance of the
account may not be reduced by the crediting of any negative interest.

(2) An RSA that is a policy is capital guaranteed if the contributions and
accumulated earnings may not be reduced by negative investment returns or any
reduction in the value of assets in which the policy is invested.
