RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS ACT 1997 No. 61, 1997 - SECT 129
129 Person complying with requirement not to incur liability to another person
A person who complies with a requirement made of the person under this Part
does not incur any liability to any other person merely because of that
compliance.
