RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS ACT 1997 No. 61, 1997 - SECT 119

119 Powers of Court where non-compliance with this Act


(1) This section applies if the Commissioner is satisfied that a person has,
without reasonable excuse, failed to comply with a requirement made under this
Act.

(2) The Commissioner may by writing certify the failure to the Court.

(3) If the Commissioner does so, the Court may inquire into the case and may
order the person to comply with the requirement as specified in the order.
