RESALE ROYALTY RIGHT FOR VISUAL ARTISTS ACT 2009 (NO. 125, 2009) - SECT 9

                   There is no resale royalty right on the commercial resale of:

                     (a)  a building, or a drawing, plan or model for a building; or

                     (b)  a circuit layout within the meaning of the Circuit Layouts Act 1989 ; or

                     (c)  a manuscript (in whatever form) of a literary, dramatic or musical work.
