REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1983 No. 70, 1983 - SECT 4

4. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by adding at the end of sub-section (3) ''and one of the Commissioners
        to be deputy chairman of the Commission'';

   (b)  by omitting sub-sections (5) and (6); and

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (9) (a) ''sub-sections (5), (6) and (6B)''
        and substituting ''sub-section (6B)''.
