REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1983 No. 70, 1983 - SECT 39

Limitations on pensions to dependants of female members 

39. Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-paragraph (2) (a) (i) ''or'' (last occurring);
        and

   (b)  by inserting after sub-paragraph (2) (a) (i) the following
        sub-paragraph:

''(ia) is receiving a service pension under section 85AA of the Repatriation
Act; or''.
