REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1983 No. 70, 1983 - SECT 29

29. Section 123A of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (2) (c) ''and''; and

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (2) (c) the following paragraph:

''(ca) the reference in sub-regulation (4) of that regulation to a person in
receipt of a service pension under section 85AA of this Act did not include a
reference to a prescribed person within the meaning of section 123AB of this
Act; and''.
