REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1983 No. 70, 1983 - SECT 2
Commencement
2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act shall come into operation on the day
on which it receives the Royal Assent.
(2) Section 5 and sub-section 14 (2) shall come into operation, or shall be
deemed to have come into operation, as the case requires, on 1 November 1983.
(3) Section 4 shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by Proclamation.
