REPATRIATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1983 No. 70, 1983 - SECT 19
On death of married person, widow, widower or children to receive certain benefits for 12 weeks
19. Section 98B of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
sub-section (8) ''and a remote area allowance under section 98AA''.
