ROADS GRANTS AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 43, 1982 - SECT 9
Approval of programs of allocations for local roads where no principles formulated
9. Section 14 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) ''the year commencing on 1 July 1981''
and substituting ''a relevant year''; and
(b) by omitting from sub-section (2) ''the year commencing on 1 July 1981''
and substituting ''a relevant year''.
