ROADS GRANTS ACT 1974 No. 53, 1974 - SECT 15

15. (1) A Minister referred to in section 4 may, either generally or otherwise
as provided by the instrument or delegation, by writing under his hand,
delegate to an officer of the Australian Public Service any of his powers
under that section.

(2) A power so delegated may be exercised in accordance with the instrument of
delegation.

(3) A delegate of a Minister is, in the exercise of his powers under this Act,
subject to the directions of the Minister.

(4) A delegation under this section is revocable at will and does not prevent
the exercise of a power by a Minister.
