RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) ACT 2000 - SECT 9
Who can register
- (1)
- Any person may be registered under this Act.
- (2)
- However, if a person's registration has been suspended under
section 30, the person cannot be registered during the period of the
suspension.
