RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) ACT 2000 - SECT 29
Retirement of certificates
- (1)
- Where a certificate is surrendered under section 44, the certificate
ceases to be valid.
- (2)
- When a certificate ceases to be valid, the Regulator must alter the entry
relating to the certificate in the register of certificates to show that the
certificate is no longer valid.
