RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) ACT 2000 - SECT 19
When certificates may be created
The certificate may be created immediately after the generation of the final
part of the electricity in relation to which it is created.
- Note: For offences related to the creation of certificates, see
section 24.
