RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) ACT 2000 - SECT 141
Form of register
- (1)
- The register must be maintained by electronic means.
- (2)
- The register is to be made available for inspection on the Internet.
- (3)
- Any addition to the register must be published on the Internet within 30
days after the Regulator registers a certificate.
