RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) ACT 2000 - SECT 109
Offences related to identity cards
A person is guilty of an offence if:
- (a)
- the person has been issued with an identity card; and
- (b)
- the person ceases to be an authorised officer; and
- (c)
- the person does not, immediately after so ceasing, return the identity
card to the Regulator.
Maximum penalty: 1 penalty unit.
