RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) ACT 2000 - SECT 10
Applying for registration
- (1)
- A person may apply to the Regulator to be registered.
- (2)
- The application must:
- (a)
- be made in a form and manner required by the Regulator; and
- (b)
- contain any information required by the Regulator; and
- (c)
- be accompanied by any documents required by the Regulator; and
- (d)
- be accompanied by the fee (if any) prescribed by the regulations for the
making of applications for registration.
