ROYAL COMMISSIONS AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 139, 1982 - SECT 15

15. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the
following sub-section:

''(3) A legal practitioner assisting a Commission or appearing on behalf of a
person at a hearing before a Commission has the same protection and immunity
as a barrister has in appearing for a party in proceedings in the High
Court.''.
