RESOURCE ASSESSMENT COMMISSION ACT 1989 No. 94, 1989 - SECT 19

19. The Commission shall, as soon as practicable after receiving a referral of
a resource matter, give reasonable notice in each State and inhabited
external Territory, by advertisement in a newspaper circulating generally in
the State or Territory, of:

   (a)  the inquiry into the matter;

   (b)  the subject of the inquiry;

   (c)  when the inquiry is to begin; and

   (d)  the address to which, and the date by which, written submissions to
        the inquiry may be sent.
