REMUNERATION AND ALLOWANCES AMENDMENT ACT 1983 No. 128, 1983 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act shall come into operation on the day
on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sub-section 5 (2) shall come into operation on the day on which section 
15 of the Public Service Acts Amendment Act 1982 comes into operation.

(3) The amendments made by Part II shall be deemed to have taken effect on 6
October 1983.
