REPATRIATION ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 56, 1977 - SECT 31

31. After section 58A the following section is inserted:- Address of Secretary
for forwarding claims, &c.
''58B. For the purposes of this Act, a person may forward a claim,
application, notification or other document to the Secretary at-

   (a)  where the person resides in a State-the address, or any address, of
        the Department in the State; or

   (b)  in any other case-the appropriate address in accordance with the
        regulations.''.
