RAILWAYS (SOUTH AUSTRALIA) ACT 1975 No. 69, 1975 - SECT 17

Regulations. 
17. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act,
prescribing all matters necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying
out or giving effect to this Act or the Agreement.
