RAILWAYS (SOUTH AUSTRALIA) ACT 1975

An Act relating to the Acquisition by Australia, with the consent of South
Australia, of certain Railways of South Australia and to the Construction and
Extension by Australia, with the consent of South Australia, of Railways in
South Australia, and for purposes connected therewith.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, the Senate and the House of Representatives of
Australia, as follows:-
1. This Act may be cited as the Railways (South Australia) Act 1975.*
