RAILWAYS (TASMANIA) ACT 1975 NO. 70, 1975 - LONG TITLE

An Act relating to the Acquisition by Australia, with the consent of Tasmania,
of the Railways of Tasmania and to the Construction and Extension by
Australia, with the consent of Tasmania, of Railways in Tasmania, and for
purposes connected therewith.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, the Senate and the House of Representatives of
Australia, as follows:-
