QANTAS SALE AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 168, 1994 - SECT 2

2.(1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Items 7 and 18 of the Schedule commence immediately after the commencement
of section 27 of the Qantas Sale Act 1992.

(3) Item 8 of the Schedule commences immediately after the commencement of
section 45 of the Qantas Sale Act 1992.

(4) Item 9 of the Schedule commences immediately after the commencement of
section 48 of the Qantas Sale Act 1992.

(5) Item 10 of the Schedule commences immediately after the commencement of
Part 3 of the Schedule to the Qantas Sale Act 1992.

(6) Item 11 of the Schedule commences immediately after the commencement of
Part 6 of the Schedule to the Qantas Sale Act 1992.

(7) Items 13, 14 and 15 of the Schedule commence immediately after the
commencement of section 26 of the Qantas Sale Act 1992.

(8) Item 16 of the Schedule commences immediately after the commencement of
section 32 of the Qantas Sale Act 1992.

(9) Items 19 and 20 of the Schedule commence immediately after the
commencement of Part 5 of the Schedule to the Qantas Sale Act 1992.
