QUEENSLAND GRANT (BUNDABERG IRRIGATION WORKS) ACT 1974 No. 113, 1974 - SECT 4

4. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (c) and
substituting the following paragraph:-



"(c) where the expenditure was incurred under-

        (i)    a contract entered into before the date of commencement of the
               Queensland Grant (Bundaberg Irrigation Works) Act 1974 and
               providing for the expenditure of more than $500,000; or

        (ii)   a contract entered into on or after that date and providing for
               the expenditure of more than $200,000,

unless the contract was entered into with the approval of the Minister.".
