QUARANTINE AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 134, 1991 - SECT 6

6. The amendment of the Principal Act effected by section 5 does not apply to
expenses incurred in respect of any animals, embryos, gametes or other genetic
material, plants or goods first detained in quarantine before 1 September
1991.
