PLANT VARIETY RIGHTS ACT 1987 No. 2, 1987 - SECT 55

Regulations
55. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act,
prescribing all matters required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or
necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to
this Act, and, in particular, prescribing fees, including-

   (a)  fees on applications for plant variety rights;

   (b)  fees payable by grantees of plant variety rights at specified
        intervals or on specified dates; and

   (c)  fees to meet costs incurred in the test growing of plants under
        section 24.
