PLANT VARIETY RIGHTS ACT 1987 No. 2, 1987 - SECT 46

46. (1) A member referred to in paragraph 45 (1) (b), (c) or (d) shall not be
paid any remuneration in respect of the performance of the duties of the
member but is entitled, in the appropriate circumstances, to payment of
allowances as if the member were a Senior Executive Service officer within the
meaning of the Public Service Act 1922.

(2) The members referred to in paragraph (1) (e) shall be paid-

   (a)  such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal; and

   (b)  such allowances as are prescribed.

(3) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973.
