PLANT VARIETY RIGHTS ACT 1987 No. 2, 1987 - SECT 25

25. (1) An application may be withdrawn by the applicant.

(2) Where an application is withdrawn after public notice of the application
has been given, the Secretary shall forthwith give public notice of that
withdrawal.
