PUBLIC SERVICE REFORM ACT 1984 No. 63, 1984 - SECT 91

Employment of persons who have resigned to become candidates at elections

91. Section 82B of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) ''temporarily employed'' and
substituting ''an employee'';

(b) by omitting from sub-section (2) ''in temporary employment in the
Service'' and substituting ''to be an employee''; and

(c) by omitting from sub-section (2) ''temporary'' (last occurring).
