PUBLIC SERVICE REFORM ACT 1984 No. 63, 1984 - SECT 90

90. Section 82 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) ''necessary'' and substituting
''required''; and

(b) by omitting from sub-section (2) ''If the Board is satisfied that such
assistance is required'' and substituting ''Where the Board is satisfied that
the assistance required by a Department is of a temporary nature''.
