PUBLIC SERVICE REFORM ACT 1984 No. 63, 1984 - SECT 79

79. Section 66B of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from paragraph (4) (b) ''Board established under section
63E'' and substituting ''Committee'';

(b) by omitting from sub-section (5) ''Board'' (first occurring) and
substituting ''Committee'';

(c) by omitting from sub-section (6) ''Board'' (first occurring) and
substituting ''Committee''; and

   (d)  by omitting from sub-section (6) ''may, after considering the
        recommendation or decision and the reasons for the making of the
        recommendation or decision,'' and substituting ''shall''.
